Just what I payed for
the memory has to be exactly what I paid for I’m is edible with many apps, I’m just what I paid for barely any scratches on it, even though I did get the used version, it didn’t really look that used to be honest way worth my money. I think I only paid like 150 dollars. so for it is really cheap for me it is a nice tablet looks beautiful, it is very protective, the app compatibility on it is great, portability is just amazing, I could bring the same anywhere, really, just obviously it wont f’ing your pocket. Color Accuracy across multiple devices is using this tablet is absolutely amazing, he is definitely the best budget tablet I have found.

Love Samsung tablets!
Decided after reading the reviews to switch from my Samsung A8 to the Samsung A9 for the screen size and happy that I did. Though it’s not that much of a sizeable difference, it was enough that mattered for my vision. They’re basically the same as for installed apps, etc. with a few exceptions. More storage than Samsung’s previous models which I needed. Set-up took me about 15 minutes with Smartswitch and voila, it was ready to go! I buy nothing but Samsung in electronics as I’ve never had any issues with any of my electronics from them. This one has proven once again, Samsung is the best!

Great Budget Tablet, BUT…
I think if you can get this tablet for under $200 it would be pretty hard to beat for the value, however if you plan on doing a lot of multitasking I don’t think this tablet is for you as you will feel it lag behind (at least the non 8gb version). I would say this tablet is more suited for people who will just be streaming videos and surfing the web with maybe some light games. The screen quality is decent enough and the speakers are probably the best for this price range. You’re also getting the samsung ui and proper android ios so thats a massive bonus over the direct competition at this price point.

Overall a really good deal
I have another tablet with similar specs, that was half the price, but that other one runs much slower. The graphics and load speed for apps on the Samsung are so much quicker and more smooth. It was a bit of a p.i.t.a. to get set up and transfer my info but worth it for the quicker run times. I haven’t encountered any lag in anything I’ve tried to run. The battery life, so far, has been phenomenal! I like to read at night and do some social media browsing without being plugged in, and previous devices would lose 20% power in just and hour or two of reading, I’ve yet to see this one have a drop of more than 10%. Sometimes I’ll get so into reading a book that I fall asleep, face first, onto whatever device I’m reading on and this still has plenty of battery life left when I wake up again.I only have one “real” complaint…why tf do manufacturers keep putting their charging ports on the “bottom” of devices? Yeah, you can turn on auto rotate so the bottom becomes the top, but not all apps will recognize or accept that and you still end up in a weird position trying to not bend your cord.

OK For The Price
I got the 128 model on the Amazon sale a few days ago. The only reason I bought it was for traveling because I did not want to drag around my 2022 IPad Air and possibly lose, or mess up, a 500.00 tablet.So……like the headline states……it’s OK for the price. Not the retail price, but the sale price. Last year I bought the Fire 11 for the same reason, travel, but ended up returning it after a few days due to a price drop and Amazon refusing to offer a price match discount. Along those lines………..I tried my best and spoke to numerous people over an 8 month period but Amazon refused to return or credit the 70 or so I received from trading in two cheaper Amazon tablets when I bought the 11. I have been informed, over and over again by Customer Service, you lose the trade-in on a return. Now, I cannot find this ANYWHERE in the trade-in policy. But there it is so be forewarned.I would say both the tablets are very similar, with a slight edge maybe to the Samsung with the 8GB vs 4GB on the Fire. Neither are as smooth as the Air, but that is where the price difference comes in. When I bought this I believe the Fire was 199 and the A9+ was 209. For an additional 4GB of memory 10 bucks is good for me. Plus, I had no more available trade-ins for the 20% discount.As for the tablet itself….. The sound is fine, picture is fine, and I really prefer Google Apps as they just seem to have more of what I want. I imagine build quality is similar. Now for the apps…….Prime video was loaded, along with Peacock, Disney, MGM, HBO/Max, Paramount……all my streaming services with one glaring, if not unexpected, exception. Apple+ TV. I found an ITunes app, but no TV app. Maybe the Fire has it, I don’t know.I also loaded Samsung SmartSwitch which allowed me to sync info from my IPhone. No issues, worked well although it did take a minute using wireless connectivity.The tablet did not come with a plug as has been noted many times. I guess, you know, is it a big deal if you have other electronics? No. But if this was your only one…….I mean, really? Is that plug really saving all that much money off the list price? Some of these things the corporations do nowadays just seem silly/greedy.As far as charging goes, this seemed to be another hot topic. So, using an Apple 20W Fast Charger, the tablet went from 13% to 100% in about 2 1/2 hours. If I went USB-C only I would guess more than double that time would be required. I did make sure Fast Charge was on in the tablet…..it shipped that way.The battery did seem to wear down rather quickly, but not fast enough to return the tablet. The phone transfer was about 30 minutes, and all I did other than that was load Apps and change some settings for a few hours. This took me from 50 to 13%. How that compares to my Air, no idea. But it is acceptable.One thing I do not like…..and maybe I just need to try a bit harder…..I cannot figure out how to get Auto Blocker turned on. It’s right there in Settings, but greyed out as is two other advanced settings below it. I just keep seeing a spiral up top right like something is trying to load. Only thing I can figure out is if you have free apps loaded you cannot block the pop-ups or whatever.Wi-Fi hooked up right away so I did not bother trying my phones Hot Spot. Other than that, I see no issues with this tablet. At the right price, of course!

Tablet is fine but the cord that comes with it is terrible
Bought this tablet for light use and it seems to work fine for ‘non’ work needs. My issue was the battery. Every time I’d try charging the tablet it wouldn’t charge more than 10% at a time. Even if I power it off and use the charger that came with the tablet, leaving it on charge overnight. After much frustration I ordered a super fast charger for USB-C and what a difference. Samsung, do better with your packaged chargers, they suck!

Works great.
Bought a tablet for a purpose. Got a Samsung tablet because I like the brand. Doesn’t disappoint but I wish it had S-Pen functionality. Only complaint other than that I no longer have the purpose that I bought it for and now I don’t use it as much. It has basically become my bedroom TV, or my backup remote for when I can’t find the remote for my TV. Works great for those things. Haven’t had any issues with it whatsoever.

Efficient
Half the price of other tablets sold elsewhere, pretty much no waiting period-as expected w amazon-and connects to my phones information automatically and I have never had a single issue with it. Better device than my phone hahThis purchase saved me from fraudulent prices at a college I am now able to keep up with because everything is done on tablets, as that becomes more and more routine I will only be more relieved I got this tablet and here and now!!!

Slow charge
I knew going in that I was buying a lower end tablet so expectations weren’t that high. I’m not the most tech savvy but learning this tab pretty easily. Volume and sound is great, actually have to turn it down at times. Nice clean clear picture. Camera is what it is, didn’t buy it for the camera but it takes a decent photo and video chatting with my grandkids is good. Only complaint is battery life and charging time, it drains quick and takes forever to charge. All in all I’m happy with my purchase.

Nice tablet for the price
I love it. Only had it about a week and I’m enjoying it. I just have to get used to the 11” screen being that my old one was an 8” screen. I use it for games, movies and YouTube and it does the job flawlessly. Thank you 🙂

It has basically replaced my laptop
Works pretty well, especially in DeX mode. Does everything that I need a laptop to do, which is mostly just Internet browsing, watching videos, and checking email.It would not be suitable for gaming, as it doesn’t have sufficient memory space. Occasionally it gives a “memory low, close background apps” alert.

I got this tablet on the Prime Day deal for $140. I didn’t know what to expect but since it is a Samsung I figured it was worth a shot. I have been blown away by how easy it is to use! A single charge lasts a long time and I like how seamlessly apps open on it. The size of the screen is perfect and the display is top notch.I use this tablet to check emails, read, and watch Hulu and YouTube videos. It connects perfectly to my AirPods. The 64gb version was enough for me and what I use it for. While it may not be quite as polished as an iPad, I have thoroughly enjoyed using this tablet and feel like I got my money’s worth!

Works great and doesn’t break the bank
My wife does light gaming and media consumption on her phone at home but doesn’t want a big phone to lug around. This tablet fits the bill. Easily copied her info from her Samsung phone and duplicated on the tablet for easy set up. Is it as fast or the screen as bright as a flagship? No but I picked it up for only $200 on sale and that is way cheaper than a flagship so good tradeoff.

Screen pixels
Like the large screen but pixels smear from initial start up and throughout any show,movie game etc..pink ,green,blue smears across the full screen about 1 inch in width.No updates availableI started this complaint 4 days after, they only offered a 30 day return,but reading warranty it should be covered,has a 1 year defects warranty.Waiting to hear back,if I get a new A9+ pad I’ll update my review.Was also told pixels smear is normal. I don’t think so.EDIT:: Received my Tab A9+ back from Tech Solutions in N.J on 8-16-2024,was told they had to replace OCTA and a couple other parts listed on my receipt, it’s only been 1 night but noticed significant improvement in pixel quality and no obvious pixel bleed so far.Screen seems to be working as described. Took a little bit of phone tag to get a return/repair label but be patient and you’ll be happy with the outcome.Would recommend buying

Display is excellent, speakers OK, battery life is fair.
Image quality is crisp and colors are rich. I find it is perfect for the main purpose I intended, which is to read at length. Reading articles or e-books on a computer requires my eyes to travel over a wide distance, which is tiring. The same is true for reading on the small screen of a smartphone for longer periods. The 11″ sized tablet is very comfortable for reading, both in terms of typeface size and screen size.I also play videos on this tablet. The speakers are pretty good, as well as could be expected on a device this size (in my opinion). I wish the battery life was a bit longer, but it’s adequate. Overall, I recommend this.

failure to charge after 2 weeks ? , instructions would be great
up date , finally got it working , downloaded instructions , , i know I’m old , but still maintain servers , and many laptops , this device was not user friendly , not sure about battery life yet , time will tell .

Coming from the old heavy Galaxy Note 10.1..this A9 plus is much better. The Snapdragon processor is lightning guick…very happy with the performance and bigger screen size. For the price it’s more than worth it.

Great little tablet
It didn’t come with an power adapter and the cable is type C to Type C so I couldn’t us it with the adapters I have which is the only reason I didn’t give ti 5 stars.I got this to replace my wife’s 8 year old Galaxy Tab and it’s quite an upgrade she never came close to using al the storage space of her old tablet so there was no reason to get anything other than the 64 GB version.Setup was a breeze since her phone and tablet are both Android, all we had to do was provide her login information and follow the prompts.

Lousy shipping
The tablet is fine. What’s not is how Amazon sent it. Just an unpadded brown envelope which was open on one side. !!!I’ve had records and cds come in oversized boxes with bubble wrap so why not this?? Ridiculous.

I just keep buying Samsung tablets
This is something like my 6th or 7th Samsung tablet. Most have been the mid-range models and have held up fine over the years. They end up getting replaced because they go EOL for security updates. One so far died about a year before EOL due to an expanding battery (same for my only Lenovo tablet).Good performance and screen quality, par for Samsung products. At the brightest setting, I can use it in full sun without any shade.

Solid choice for basics
I’m not doing anything on my tablet that would lead me to spend a ton of money on one. This one works seamlessly with my Galaxy phone. The display is great, and the sound is better than I expected for a tablet in this price range. I don’t feel the need to use an external speaker 99% off the time. So far the battery life is good. I use it for several hours some days, and charge it overnight. The battery hasn’t died on me yet. I’m using this mostly to stream content and play simple games, along with email and working on some spreadsheets.

Good for the money.
I needed a new tablet to be able to use some more updated apps that my 8 year old Samsung 10″ tablet won’t run because it only has Android 6 on it even though it’s still going strong. This new 11″ is a bit slow on response sometimes but for what I need it for, it works just fine and I did not want to spend lots of money on something I really don’t need. The price on this is good and it does the job so I’m happy. We’ll see if it can hold up as well as my old one.

Exactly what I was looking for.
I was looking for a good quality tablet but that did not cost me an eye, so I could use it daily for reading and streaming when I’m out of home in order to not take my laptop and not fill my phone with stuff .As a samsung user, it was very easy to set it up and personalize. Also, reading there is very comfortable.I would definitely recommend it for people who needs something simple but durable

I give it 4 stars because Samsung is depriving this jewel of features only in S series tablets but this bad boy has the same or even more power than some S series tablets which doesn’t make any sense to block those features on this series. First the S Pen can’t be used with this tablet and the Second Screen option that turns the tablet into a wireless monitor for your laptop.Now the good: VERY fast and powerful. I do multitask and the lag is minimum. I work with advertising and need to edit videos on CapCut or InShot for social media and i work with no problems at all. The battery life is good, the screen brightness is perfect, and the speakers are powerful enough to enjoy movies, music and even audio from the work i’m editing.

My Samsung TAB A’s glue failed, and the screen fell out and ripped the display cable . . . (Broke)
PRO:1. Amazing display, really clean and crisp, bigger, and very responsive OS.2. Price is much more reasonable than years ago.3. 11″ size is nice for my older eyes.4. Still has a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is nice as I use up my older headphones.5. Can nowCON:1. Cases for this are somewhat limited.2. Touch sensitivity, a tiny bit on the sensitive side.OTHER:1. BUY this as it’s a great upgrade from older tablets.2. DON’T BUY if you are just looking for something for a kid to play angry birds on, there are cheaper and whatnot tablets out there.

Great Tablet! Super fast, and incredible screen!
This is my first tablet with Cellular service, and I’m in love with it! It’s also super fast, and the 11″ screen is absolutely amazing.My primary use is mixing sound on an X32 Rack with “Mixing Station”, but I have also found myself using it for personal things such as Facebook and emails.

Good product for the price
This was great for my older father-in-law that needed a secondhand Tablet to use it on a daily basis. It’s very lightweight compared to Apples and it has the size of a kindle.

Husband loves his new tablet.
He was very happy with it at first. Since then, he has almost filled up the 64 gigs with games. Plus, it has started shutting down for no apparent reason. He could have too many apps open. Haha

Decent for the money
The selling points for me on this tablet were price point, size and ease of use. I was looking for a tablet for simple needs that I could mostly use for zoom meetings, internet browsing and streaming movies and music. There is a spot to insert an SD card if you want more storage. Game apps run OK but this is not a tablet for a serious gamer. It’s a sincere to set up. I like that my phone translates to the tablet so it’s easy and familiar to use. I set it up through wifi sync with my phone but you can also use the cable and get a mirror of your phone with all your apps, settings and photos. The battery life is pretty good. I like to stream movies and music. Usually in a zoom meeting daily for a couple hours. Battery lasts all day. It suits my needs perfectly. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is the camera. It takes great pictures in medium light but it has to be just right lighting for a good picture. The camera doesn’t come with a lot of settings to rectify that and there’s no flash. I mostly use my phone for photos anyway. Good little tablet for the value.

I thought it was bigger than the Tab 6 but it isn’t
The batter is probably better and longer lasting. I’m happy with what I have until I buy a larger screen tablet or 14″ laptop for viewing shows, events, etc.

Perfect tablet
I use this product for personal use. But I also check my school. This product is excellent for replacing planners grocery list. You can connect your phone to receive calls and texts it is very convenient. There are great apps for download also the display is very crisp.

Excellent all round work device.
This is a great portable tablet which great speed and space. It can do everything my regular desktop computer does. The screen is clear and easy to navigate with touch screen. I can store a ton of photos and bonus it syncs up with my Samsung phone – so I get calls, texts, and whatsapp messages. Highly recommend.

Love it
I’ve been using an old tab that was many years out of updates, so I couldn’t do anything online. It was so slow loading and I had broken it down for repairs. This one is so much better despite any negative online vids and sites. For that price, leaps and bounds better than what I used to stream movies that was only possible with Amazon video downloads with the old 14′ Samsung 10.1 so you can see that I have little to complain about. (I only used the pen to open sparing the little on/off circuit brd. I replaced so I don’t miss it)

I love it
I love this tablet. I can do almost everything I want on it. I bought pretty much the most inexpensive tablet made by Samsung I could find. I don’t know what the more expensive ones do that mine can’t but this fits all my needs. Of course I would have liked it to have been cheaper and I saw other cheaper brand tablets, but I wanted the samsung brand because I like my Samsung phone.

valuable for causal use
They are easy to use if you are already a Samsung android phone user. I got it for my parents to use it daily for web surfing and film watching. It’s light and handy for them.

Pretty nice
Good solid pad, not great resolution or sound quality, but pretty good for this price range. Just needed it for some low level gaming and watching pod casts, and it works fine for this.
